I joined Stonecipher in 1988. Since then, I have focused my practice on commercial bankruptcy and insolvency law. I have been recognized as one of the leading bankruptcy lawyers in Pennsylvania and voted one of the best bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights lawyers in the country. I work with both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy workout matters. Although my practice is primarily regionally based, I have represented creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy cases in Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, New York Virginia, and West Virginia. Beyond bankruptcy law, I am regularly relied upon by businesses in a variety of industries and of varying sizes to provide legal advice on general corporate matters that are as diverse as negotiating and drafting agreements for the purchase and sale of assets to corporate naming rights agreements.
